Disclosed are an LED lighting device, backlight unit and display device. An LED lighting device comprises a light-source unit, an attaching member which supports the LED light-source unit and is thermally joined to the LED light-source unit, a heat sink unit which is constituted with a capillary form so as to allow the injection of a working fluid and which is thermally joined to the attaching member, and a capillary heat-pipe loop having a heat-dissipating part for dissipating the heat absorbed by the heat sink unit, and the LED lighting device can made thin as it has a high heat-dissipating efficiency because it rapidly transmits heat and has a wide heat-dissipation surface area. |
