<p>The device has a retaining unit (10) with measuring units (13a-13c), a control unit and a technical expert unit connected with each other for exchanging data with each other. Position data are transmitted to the technical expert unit in real time, and a technical expert controls the measuring units in real time using the control unit. The retaining unit and the technical expert unit have an interface to a local network that is connected to Internet (1), and the control unit directly transmits control commands to the retaining unit.
