One of the brushes or a belt guiding device-component supporting the brushes is connected with a tail of the device, so that the brush and/or component is movable relative to the tail of the device. The belt is moved away using belt guiding units (112) during actuation of the strap. Each brush is arranged on a side of the belt, where the side is turned away from the belt guiding units.
