<p>The invention relates to a reusable smart textile complex for medicinal use, intended for keeping patients with general incontinence dry, said textile complex including: a top outer layer, consisting of a honeycomb-type fabric with a double thermoplastic fibre layer, in which the exposed layer is a soft-touch fabric and the inner layer is an open-weave fabric, the two surfaces being linked by a zigzagging monofilament that maintains the separation between the layers; a set of inner layers, including: a first layer of a thermoplastic fibre open-weave fabric; a second layer consisting of a set of at least three fabrics, each made of a low-density non-woven material (geotextile) comprising polypropylene fibres embedded in polyester thread, said fabrics being connected by a continuous filament thread; a third layer of at least one fabric made of a high-density non-woven material (geotextile) of artificial cellulose fibres; and a bottom outer layer comprising a jersey made of waterproofed continuous thermoplastic fibre. The invention also relates to a protective medicinal sheet that can be washed and reused, as well as to a reusable washable dressing for manufacturing underwear for incontinent outpatients including same.</p> |
