<p>The present invention provides a real-time power transaction system and transaction method of distributed power which can stably deal with power between a distributed power side and a commercial power network in real time. According to the first invention of the present application, the power transaction system of the distributed power comprises: a grid situation analysis module which generates transaction support information by predictively analyzing, in real time, power consumption or the generated output of objects that are electrically connected with the distributed power, when power transaction is performed in connection with a main system of commercial power supply; a transaction module which controls the power transaction with the main system on the basis of the transaction support information; and a calculation module which controls cost calculation in accordance with the power transaction with the main system.</p>
