An electric pulse treatment cup includes a cup body (1), and an opening edge (2) of the cup which is made entirely or partly of electrically conductive materials. The cup body (1) and the opening edge (2) of the cup can be integrated into a structure of the same material. The opening edge (2) of the cup consists of an external edge (2-1) and an internal edge (2-2), and a groove (2-3) is provided on the opening edge (2) of the cup. The cup body (1) and the opening edge (2) of the cup are made of soft elastic materials, and the cup body (1) or the opening edge (2) of the cup is provided with at least a leading-out terminal (2-4). The cup body (1) is provided as a sphere or a column.
