PURPOSE: An electric vehicle is provided to efficiently operate under driving conditions by generating a torque command based on an angle of inclination, accelerator information, and braking information and output it. CONSTITUTION: An electric vehicle includes a tilt angle detection unit, a torque command output unit, and a motor driving unit. The tilt angle detection unit detects the tilt of the vehicle. The torque command output unit(310) generates a torque command based on an angle of inclination, accelerator information, and braking information. The motor driving unit drives the motor according to the outputted torque command.
