<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for improving a short-circuit current so as to increase the conversion efficiency of a solar battery. <P>SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion element includes an organic semiconductor layer A and a polymer semiconductor.
