<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power generator that can be easily and safely installed, can minimize the increase of construction cost, and has no risk of damaging roof materials, waterproofing layers, etc., of a building. <P>SOLUTION: Photovoltaic power generators 10, 30 and 40 are each characterized by including: a multilayer member 11 having an air layer 12 between two transparent plate-like members 20a, 20b; and a solar panel 13 provided to the air layer 12 of the multilayer member 11.
