<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scissors type high-frequency treatment instrument for endoscopes which enables continuous smooth incision operation by less adhesion of burnt tissues to a scissors type electrode in incision operation by the scissors type electrode. <P>SOLUTION: A compression coil spring 11 which compresses by operating to pull an operational wire 5 with at least prescribed traction force is insertedly disposed in series relative to a flexible sheath 1. The compression coil spring 11 is set in a state of being compressed for a determined length when the operational wire 5 is not pulled, and the maximum shrinkage allowance B of the compression coil spring 11 from the state in which the compression coil spring 11 has been set is set to be longer than a blade length L of the scissors type electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
