<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repress power flow from a distributed power source to a power system and to effectively utilize the power from the distributed power source for a load. <P>SOLUTION: The circuit breaker control apparatus includes a storage battery connected to the distributed power source; a breaker inserted into a first line between the power system and the storage battery; and a control apparatus which controls the breaker to connect the first line, when the amount of charge of the storage battery is under a predetermined quantity, and controls the breaker to break the first line, when the amount of charge of the storage battery is at or exceeds the predetermined quantity. when the amount of charge of the storage battery is under the predetermined quantity, the power from the distributed power source or the power system is supplied to a load; and when the amount of charge of the storage battery is at or exceeds the predetermined quantity, the power from the distributed power source or the storage battery is supplied to the load. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
