PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rustproof device preventing any detachment of a rustproof cover from its cut section caused by the movement of a moving means from the cut section in the detaching direction, and consistently arranging the rustproof cover on the cut section. SOLUTION: A rustproof operating body 6 includes a loading part 8 capable of loading a rustproof cover 5 thereon, a moving means 9 moving the loading part 8 toward a cut section 1a, and a guide part 10 guiding the movement of the loading part 8 to the cut section 1a. A locking means 11 locking the rustproof cover 5 to the loading part 8 is provided on the guide part 10.
