PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile driver program and a facsimile system, for achieving a highly versatile utilization limit. SOLUTION: The facsimile driver program makes a computer function as a first reception means for receiving a facsimile command from a client device, a first determination means for determining whether or not to permit communication with facsimile equipment on the basis of a predetermined condition when the facsimile command is received by the first reception means, and a transfer means for transferring the facsimile command to the client device when it is determined to permit the communication by the first determination means.
