PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blank panel such that an opening can be easily covered with a small number of components even when the width of a card unit which can be mounted on a shelf is not unified and a card unit having a width which is not an integral multiple of a basic size is included. SOLUTION: The blank panel 1 is formed into a one-strip shape of size larger than that of the opening 13a of the shelf 12. The blank panel 1 has a plurality of front plate portions 2 corresponding to widths of respective card units 16 which can be mounted on the shelf 12, and cutting portions 4 where adjacent front plate portions 2 can be separated, and the blank panel is used by cutting unnecessary parts of front plate portions 2 at the cutting portion 4.
