PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method which forms conductive particulates composed by containing complex tungsten oxide in lower temperatures, and to provide the conductive particulates composed by containing the complex tungsten oxide. SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing the conductive particulates containing a complex tungsten oxide described in a general formula MxWyOz, a tungsten compound as a raw material of the conductive particulates or the tungsten compound and the M element compound above are subjected to reaction with the solvothermal synthesis in alcohol or alcohol aqueous solution.
