PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that enables a user to readily set the imaging process condition and hence improves user's convenience. SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes an image data processing section for performing a data process for original-image data; and an imaging engine section for printing, by performing an electrophotographic imaging process by use of image data subjected to the data process. The apparatus permits data-processing conditions for performing the data process on a first display screen (S2 and S3). According to the data-processing condition input through the first display screen, the apparatus displays a second display screen relating to the imaging process (S5).
