PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patterned aluminum sheet in which any upper layer is not left on an exposed portion of a lower layer of a clad sheet, and a high productivity can be achieved, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: In the patterned aluminum sheet, an aluminum substrate of a lower layer and an aluminum perforated sheet of an upper layer having opening parts consist of a clad sheet integrated by the clad rolling, and a pattern is formed over the entire surface of the clad sheet by providing an anodically oxidized film of different tone on the surface of the perforated sheet and the surface of the substrate exposed in the opening parts. The method for manufacturing the patterned aluminum sheet includes a step of superposing the aluminum substrate of the lower layer on the aluminum perforated sheet of the upper layer having opening parts in advance, and performing the clad-rolling of the superposed sheets, and a step of forming a pattern over the entire surface of the clad sheet by expressing different tone on the surface of the perforated sheet and the surface of the aluminum substrate exposed within the opening parts by performing the anodic oxidation treatment of the obtained clad sheet.
