PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL (electroluminescence) device obtaining emission of different luminescent colors and stable light emitting characteristics reduced in luminance unevenness, to provide a method for manufacturing the same, and to provide an electronic device. SOLUTION: The organic EL device 100 includes a partition wall 19 for partitioning a first film forming region 7a with a light emitting layer 26b of an organic EL element 20B, a second film forming region 7b with a light emitting layer 26g of an organic EL element 20G, and a third film forming region 7c with a light emitting layer 26r of an organic EL element 20R on an underlying layer. The partition wall 19 partitions the first film forming region 7a to planarly include a drive circuit portion, partitions the second film forming region 7b and the third film forming region 7c not to include at least part of the drive circuit portion, and is formed by a film deposition method of making the light emitting layer 26g and light emitting layer 26r different from the light emitting layer 26b.
