PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer coating film which exhibits excellent weatherability, chemical resistance and resistance to staining, and includes a clear coating film which is wet-on-wet coated right on a photocatalytic coating film with photocatalytic activity, and further, which is available in a simple way without the help of a special device and under a least environmental impact. SOLUTION: This multilayer coating film includes a photocatalytic coating film containing photocatalytic particles and a binder, and a clear coating film formed by wet-on-wet coating the clear coating material to the surface of the photocatalytic coating film. In addition, the multicoating coating film exhibits not less than 70% of a gloss retention after 2,000 hours in the accelerated weathering test of a sunshine carbon arc light system (JIS K5400).
