CELL SHEET FOR MYOCARDIAL REGENERATION, MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND METHOD OF USAGE THEREFOR

<p>Provided is a cell sheet for application to heart patients. Said cell sheet contains at least mesenchymal stem cells and myoblasts isolated from a cell-culture support. Also provided is a three-dimensional structure for said cell sheet. Use of the provided cell sheet containing mesenchymal stem cells and myoblasts and the provided three-dimensional structure for said cell sheet results in pronounced heart function improvement in comparison to the use of conventional cell sheets that comprise only myoblasts or only mesenchymal stem cells. The strength of the cell sheet itself and the ease of implantation are also improved.</p>
