PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive film is provided to implement electrical insulation, heat resistance, and chemical stability without damaging to the surface of a conductive particle and an electrode. CONSTITUTION: In an anisotropic conductive film, conductive particles(1) are dispersed within an insulating adhesive(3). Plate shaped talcum are arranged in an electrode in parallel with each other when being mounted. The average particle size of the plate shaped talcum is larger than the average particle size of the conductive particles.
