PURPOSE: An organic light-emitting device is provided to ensure excellent luminous efficiency and to lower driving voltage. CONSTITUTION: An organic light-emitting device includes a first electrode, a second electrode, a light-emitting layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, and a mixed organic layer interposed between the first electrode and the light-emitting layer. The mixed organic layer comprises a triphenylamine derivative and a pyazine derivative. The light-emitting layer comprises an anthracene derivative, amine-containing styryl derivative, or their mixture.
