PURPOSE: A plastic packing device is provided to enhance productivity and to save cost by preventing work delay due to the jamming of a roll. CONSTITUTION: A plastic packing device comprises two rotary rollers(R), a release cylinder(S1), a release body(20) and a stopper(30). The rotary rollers are used for a process of finishing the packing of plastic. At the finishing process, the end of a plastic film extended to both sides of a roll is heated and compressed. The release body is installed on the upper end of the rotary roller. The stopper is located on the front of a front rotary roller(R1). A groove is formed on the central part in the length direction of the rotary roller. The groove holds the vertical movement of the release body and the stopper.
