PURPOSE: A manhole opening/closing device for fire refuge of a multistory building is provided to secure safety when boring a manhole in the floor of a building. CONSTITUTION: A manhole opening/closing device for fire refuge of a multistory building comprises: an upper frame(31) combined with an entrance of a manhole; a sub-frame(32) which is combined with a lower exit of the manhole; a frame connection stick(33) which connects the upper frame to the sub-frame at a regular interval; an upper cover(35) which is pivotally combined with the upper frame through a hinge; a lower cover(37) which is combined with the sub-frame through a hinge; a link bar(38) which rotates with the upper and lower covers; a slider(39) which is coupled so that the upper end of the link bar can slide; and a lock device(40) locking the top cover against the upper frame.
