<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiglare film which is easy in production of great varieties and can narrow a scattering range of external light without spoiling an antiglare property. <P>SOLUTION: The antiglare film includes a base material having an uneven surface and a hard coat layer formed on the uneven surface of the base material. The hard coat layer has an uneven surface formed after the uneven surface of the base material. The uneven surface of the hard coat layer has two or more projections each of which has a flank spreading from its top toward its bottom. Among two or more projections, fellow bottom surfaces of adjoining projections are in a relation of contacting or almost contacting with each other. Maximum height (Rz) of the uneven surface of the hard coat layer is between 0.1 μm and 1 μm. The uneven surface of the hard coat layer has tilt angle distribution that a ratio of tilt angle components of ≥2.5° to tilt angle components of ≤2° is 1/1,000 or less and tilt angle components of ≤0.5° is 85% or less of the whole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
