ZIRCONIA-BASED COMPOSITE CERAMIC FINE PARTICLES, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME AND ZIRCONIA-BASED COMPOSITE CERAMIC FINE PARTICLE DISPERSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide zirconia-based composite ceramic fine particles which can be uniformly dispersed in a solvent without aggregating while maintaining the particle diameter of single nanometer level, and which when a fuel electrode for an SOFC is manufactured, enables to manufacture a fuel electrode for an SOFC while maintaining the particle diameter of single nanometer level; a method for producing the same; and a zirconia-based composite ceramic fine particle dispersion.

SOLUTION: The zirconia-based composite ceramic fine particles are based on zirconium oxide and contain nickel and a metal imparting oxygen ion conductivity to the zirconium oxide by solid-dissolving in the zirconium oxide. The fine particles have an average particle diameter of 1-20 nm.
