PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service whose authority is different according to an authentication result in a plurality of authentication systems.

SOLUTION: A service providing system includes: an authentication device 110; and a service providing device 130a, wherein the authentication device 110 includes: an acquisition data reception part 116; a determination part 117; a reliability determination part 119; and a reliability data transmission part 122 for transmitting data indicating the reliability of authentication determined by the reliability determination part 119 to the service providing device 130a, and the service providing device 130a includes: a reliability data reception part 136a for receiving data showing the reliability of authentication transmitted from the authentication device 110; a service authority determination part 138a for determining the authority of a service to be provided to the user based on the data received by the reliability data reception part 136a; and a service providing part 139a for providing a service to a user based on authority determined by the service authority determination part 138a.
