<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker equipped with a top plate assembly allowing assembling of a top plate and a surrounding reinforcing frame without using an adhesive, eliminating drying of the adhesive and its control process, allowing disassembly and sorted disposal, and desirable from the viewpoint of recycling. <P>SOLUTION: The heating cooker includes a body case 11 opened at an upper part and having a heating means inside, and the top plate assembly 6 provided in the opening of the body case 11. In the top plate assembly 6, a seal material 20 is abutted against the peripheral edge 19c of the top plate 19 and the top plate 19 is held between an upper frame 17 and a lower frame 18 via the seal material 20 and is unified.
