<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing photoreceptor coatings from a substrate, the coatings formed on a substrate of an electrophotographic photoreceptor. <P>SOLUTION: A method for reclaiming a substrate 10 of a photoreceptor is disclosed, wherein the photoreceptor includes a substrate, a gelatin release layer 9 formed on the substrate, and one or more coating layers formed on the gelatin release layer 9. The method includes steps of: soaking the photoreceptor in a liquid bath at room temperature; increasing the temperature of the liquid bath to dissolve the gelatin release layer 9; and separating the one or more coating layers from the substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
