PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device in which the difference in luminance of reflected light depending on the scanning position on a face to be scanned is reduced, and to provide an optical scanner and an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: The optical device includes: a scanning part 2 which has a light reflection member 21 which reflects light and a supporting member 26 which supports the light reflection member 21 rockably around an axis A, and scans the reflected light reflected on the light reflection member 21 by the rocking of the light reflection member 21 on a face to be scanned; and an actuator 3 which varies the spacial position of the scanning part 2 with respect to the face to be scanned for varying the scanning speed of the reflected light in a predetermined direction on the face to be scanned.
