PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide forming equipment for a coil spring manufacturing machine which can enhance the degree of freedom of adjusting forming tool units. SOLUTION: A first shaft driving means 20 includes a first actuator 21 mounted on a base 10, a first worm gear 22 rotationally driven by the first actuator, and a first sliding pedestal 23 which is threadably mounted on the first worm gear. A second shaft driving means 30 includes a second actuator 31 mounted on the first sliding pedestal, a second worm gear 32 rotationally driven by the second actuator, and a second sliding pedestal 33 which is threadably mounted on the second worm gear and is linearly movable with respect to the first sliding pedestal. A pair of forming tool units 40 are individually movable two-dimensionally in longitudinal and transverse directions with respect to the base via the first shaft driving means and second shaft driving means, thereby enhancing the freedom of adjusting the pair of forming tool units.
