The present invention relates to a fine powder packing device devised such that specific containers can be packed with a fine powderous powder, and more particularly one in which air-pressure difference is used to pack specific containers with a fine powder filling a hopper and the packing takes place without the fine powder flying into the workplace, thereby not only creating a clean working environment but also allowing the insides of the containers to be filled in a stable fashion while visually checking the set precise amount of fine powder. As a means for addressing the above issue, in the present invention a vacuum-generating device (24) is provided on one side of a pressure-reduction box (20) comprising a main body (21) and an opening and shutting door (22) such that the air pressure in the pressure-reduction box (20) can be reduced; a load cell (27) and a packing container holder (28) are provided inside the pressure-reduction box (20); a packing container (30) is stably installed on the packing container holder (28); a nozzle (35) comprised in the upper part of the pressure-reduction box (20) is positioned immediately above the packing container (30) and is then connected via a packing hose (34) to a supply hopper (60) positioned higher up; a stirring blade (63) rotated by means of an operating motor (M) is provided inside the supply hopper (60) so as to stir and impart fluidity to a fine powder (S) filling the inside of the supply hopper (60); and if, in this state, the vacuum-generating device (24) provided on one side of the pressure-reduction box (20) is put into operation such that the air pressure in the pressure-reduction box (20) is reduced, then the fine powder (S) can be packed into the packing container (30), via the nozzle (33), due to the difference in air pressure inside the pressure-reduction box (20) and the supply hopper (60). |
