An electric fan (2) is attached to the channel within the housing. The fan is controlled to pass outside air present around floor in an air inlet (11) to an air outlet (12) in vertical direction such that relatively low pressure is produced around a space below the housing and relatively high pressure is produced around a space above the housing, so that convection of air takes place through the housing in all directions.</p>
