PURPOSE: An alcoholic liquor container packing box, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the product quality of the box by attaching a flocking fiber on the upper side of a supporting member. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method alcoholic liquor container packing box comprises the following steps: preparing a supporting member(10) formed with styrofoam, including groove(11); spreading a water-soluble adhesive on the upper side of the supporting member; spraying a flocking fiber on the upper side of the adhesive to form a flocking fiber layer(15); and mounting a box body(21), a cover(22), and an alcoholic liquor container(20) on the groove.
