PURPOSE: A detector which efficiently obtains the image about the inside state of a pipe by selectively controlling illumination status is provided to monitor an external image by an external observer and to control the speed of camera tilting motion. CONSTITUTION: A detector comprises an image acquisition part(100), a tilting unit, and a controller(300). A camera(110) obtaining the external image by operating zoom function after receiving electric signals from outside. The tilting unit receives electric signal from outside and adjusts the angle of the image acquisition part within a fixed range. The controller is electrically connected to the image acquisition part and tilting unit. The controller transmits electric signal to the camera and controls the tilting speed of the image acquisition part by using the tilting unit.
