PURPOSE: A method for selectively isolating and purifying acyl lipoamino acids and lipopeptides is provided to isolate acid-dominated acyl lipoamino acids and lipopeptides. CONSTITUTION: A method for isolating and purifying polypeptide-induced acyl lipoamino acids and lipopeptides comprises: a step of reacting polypeptides with fatty acid chloride by acylation to prepare N-NH_2 and side chain-NH_2 acyl lipopolypeptides; a step of hydrolyzing N-NH_2 and side chain-NH_2 acyl lipopolypeptides; a step of performing acid purification of the hydrolysate to isolate fatty acid group-introduced acyl lipoamino acids and lipopeptides and unacylated amino acids and peptides; a step of performing acylation of the unacylated amino acids and peptides and acid purification. The peptides are collagen peptides derived from pig skin or cow skin.
