<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking structure that allows a worker to surely and easily determine whether the structure is in a fitted state, and also to provide an electrical junction box. <P>SOLUTION: A first locking face 11 of a first resin lock 8 and a second locking face 24 of a second resin lock 17 are engaged with each other, thereby putting an electrical junction box body 2 and a case 3 in a fitted state. The confirmation of the fitted state is surely and easily executed by viewing a through-part 28 in addition to the fitting sound that is heard in a high-pitched tone and louder by formation of the through-part 28. Namely, when viewing the through-part 28 from above, if the first locking face 11 is seen at the depth of the through-part 28, it shows that both locking faces are surely engaged with each other.
