<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base, a device and a structure for installing a panel utilizing sunlight, which facilitate construction by making the number of components small, which make costs low, which dispense with the use of a long component, and which bring about proper workability and easiness of transportation and storage. <P>SOLUTION: The base 1A for installing the panel utilizing the sunlight integrally includes an upside fixing portion 2a for fixing an upper frame 5a of the front-side panel 5 utilizing the sunlight, a downside fixing portion 2b for fixing a lower frame 5b of the rear-side panel 5 utilizing the sunlight, and a portion 2c coming into contact with a horizontal surface G. The device 1B for installing the panel utilizing the sunlight is characterized in that a fixing bracket 4 is provided on the base 1A.
