<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively reduce the standby electricity of an air conditioner by effectively utilizing a voltage generated in a fan motor drive circuit by outside wind for the standby electricity. <P>SOLUTION: This air conditioner receiving electricity in an outdoor unit includes a means for switching an outdoor unit control power source 15 and an indoor unit control power source 19 to either of a commercial power source 1 and a power sources by a fan motor electromotive voltage, the outdoor unit control power source and the indoor unit control power source are disconnected from the commercial power source when the fan motor electromotive voltage by the outside wind exceeds a constant value during the standby of the air conditioner, and switched to a fan motor electromotive voltage side. The standby electricity of the air conditioner can be inexpensively reduced by operating a switch to be disconnected from the commercial power source when the fan motor electromotive voltage exceeds the constant value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
