PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a sprocket segment by which the sprocket segment having a desired shape can be manufactured inexpensively without installing special equipment for deforming a tooth part, equipment high in pressurizing capability or the like. SOLUTION: In the bending device 20, an upper mold 23a and press mold 23b are pressed downward by a pressing mechanism 22. The sprocket segment 10 is pressed downward with the pressing mold 23b in the state where it is supported with supporting tools 25a-25c and turning members 21a, 21b are turned respectively in counterclockwise and clockwise in the state where turning members 21a, 21b are allowed to abut on the inside tooth face 12a of the tooth part 30 by the upper mold 23a.
