PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage current converter circuit that satisfies necessary linearity, decreases power consumption, changes a value of transconductance to any value, operates with high frequency and low power voltage, and independently sets an output current. SOLUTION: The voltage current converter circuit includes: a voltage current conversion body circuit that converts an input voltage into a current, and changes the output current; a current amplifier circuit that amplifies the output current of the voltage current conversion body circuit; a current source that subtracts a proper current from the output according to a bias current and amplification factor; and a bias circuit that generates the bias current that can separately set the output of GM and the current amplifying circuit.
