SOLUTION: In this electromagnetic horn type electron spin resonance apparatus composed of a microwave oscillator, an electromagnetic horn, the magnetic field modulation device to the sample on a sample placing stand, a microwave reflective plate and a reflected wave processor, a microwave radiation convex type radiation lens is provided to the surface of the electromagnetic horn, and the microwave reflective plate is formed as a concave microwave reflective plate. The position regulator of the sample placing stand and the concave microwave reflective plate is provided and a circulator sweeping 8-12.4 GHz by the YIG sweep oscillator to introduce the microwave amplified by a 1W class wideband amplifier is provided as the microwave oscillator.
