PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a highly versatile on-vehicle apparatus capable of outputting without deteriorating an image quality. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle apparatus includes an AUX (Auxiliary)/VIN (VideoIN) terminal 9 arranged on a front panel 3 and inputting an analog audio signal or an analog picture signal, a picture processing circuit 22 connected to the AUX/VIN terminal 9 and applying predetermined signal processing to the analog picture signal, a voice processing circuit 24 connected to the AUX/VIN terminal 9 and applying predetermined signal processing to the analog audio signal, an input control circuit 21 having an impedance matching resistance R1 to the analog picture signal arranged between the AUX/VIN terminal 9 and the picture processing circuit 22 and a transistor Tr1 connected to the impedance matching resistance R1, and a microcomputer 30 for matching impedance via the impedance matching resistance R1 by operating the transistor Tr1 for ON when supplying the analog picture signal via the AUX/VIN terminal 9.
