PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain high sound quality in which noise is suppressed. SOLUTION: A sound signal processing method 200 determines a sound section and a noise section of a first input sound signal in a time period (222), and determines whether or not, a power magnitude of the first input sound signal in the noise section is larger than a first threshold (230). When it is determined that the power magnitude of the first input sound signal in the noise section is not larger than the first threshold, noise in the sound section and the noise section of the first input sound signal is suppressed by the first suppressing section 226, based on the determined power magnitude in the noise section. When it is determined that the power magnitude of the first input sound signal in the noise section is larger than the first threshold, the first input sound signal is suppressed by a second suppressing section 270, according to a phase difference between the first and the second input sound signals.
