PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless device capable of efficiently utilizing a communication band. SOLUTION: After transmitting a data packet DATA, when decoding of an affirmative response packet ACK is completed, the wireless device of a transmission origin (Tx) newly starts a transmission abandonment decision period [AC] for determining that other wireless device has abandoned transmission processing, and updates a transmission reservation table indicating the transmission order of each wireless device. Then, when a packet is not received during the newly started transmission abandonment decision period [AC], the wireless device of the transmission origin (Tx) determines that the wireless device registered at the head of the updated transmission reservation table has abandoned the transmission processing of a data packet, deletes the wireless device registered at the head from the transmission reservation table, and updates the transmission reservation table. Thereafter, the wireless device of the transmission origin (Tx) transmits the data packet when determining that the data packet can be transmitted according to the finally updated transmission reservation table.
