PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise filter easily mountable even after various electronic components are mounted on a printed wiring board. SOLUTION: This noise filter 31 is formed by fixing a coil spring 32 on the upper surface of a dielectric sheet 3 through a metal base part 35. The dielectric sheet 3 is fixed to a conductor pattern of a printed wiring board through soldering parts 3A, and the upper end face of the coil spring 32 is brought into press contact with a ground conductor. Thereby, the noise filter 31 is mounted between the printed wiring board and the ground conductor so that the coil spring 32 is brought into a compressed state. Since the coil spring 32 has excellent inductance, the dielectric sheet 3 and the inductance are serially arranged between the conductor pattern and the ground conductor, whereby the filter is formed and noise can be rejected.
