摘要 <p>The method for melting glass, comprises supplying fuel and oxidator to a melting furnace over a burner arrangement in order to burn within the furnace and supplying a flow gas with a speed of 200 m/s additionally to the fuel and oxidator into the furnace over flow gas nozzles. The flow gas is carbon dioxide, water steam, oxidation agent such as air or pure oxygen, fuel such as natural gas, and/or inert material such as argon or carbon dioxide or water steam or nitrogen. The flow gas is supplied as thin beam into the furnace. The flow gas nozzle comprises a side wall and a lateral wall. The method for melting glass, comprises supplying fuel and oxidator to a melting furnace over a burner arrangement in order to burn within the furnace and supplying a flow gas with a speed of 200 m/s additionally to the fuel and oxidator into the furnace over flow gas nozzles. The flow gas is carbon dioxide, water steam, oxidation agent such as air or pure oxygen, fuel such as natural gas, and/or inert material such as argon or carbon dioxide or water steam or nitrogen. The flow gas is supplied as thin beam into the furnace. The flow gas nozzle comprises a side wall, a lateral wall, a rear wall, an intermediate wall or vault of the furnace. The flow gas is supplied vertically or in a complex angle to the respective wall in the furnace. The flow gas beam is directed to zones, such as fuel stream emerging from the burner arrangement, and the oxidator stream emerging from the burner arrangement, to the zones between the fuel stream and the oxidator stream, and to the combustion zone. The flow gas is supplied into the furnace. The flow gas beam has a fuel beam and an oxidation beam surrounding the fuel beam in cross-section. The oxidation beam has a high intake speed as the fuel beam, and a speed of 150 m/s. The melting furnace comprises two combustion arrangements or group of combustion arrangements, when the fuel and oxidator are supplied over a first combustion arrangement or group of combustion arrangements. The exhaust gas is discharged over the oxidator way of the second combustion arrangement or group of combustion arrangements, where the drive direction of the combustion arrangement is reversed in a pre-determined tact of 20 minutes. The combustion arrangements or groups of combustion arrangements are arranged in oxidator way to heat exchanger that has heat storage elements. Flow gas nozzles are arranged in pairs in symmetrical manner against a vertical, longitudinal middle plane of the furnace. The longitudinal direction of the furnace corresponds to a drawing-off direction of the melting goods. An independent claim is included for a device for melting of glass.</p>
