<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save power and raise user-friendliness, by suitably selecting a communication partner, to thereby automatically transmit data or receive the data. <P>SOLUTION: A charging control unit 108 detects a charged state. A terminal state detection unit 112 detects a tilt. A memory 111 prestores a plurality of communication partners. A control unit 115 selects communication partners stored in the memory 111 on the basis of the tilt detected by the terminal state detection unit 112 when the charged state is detected by the charging control unit 108.
