<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new recycling method and device for transferring putrefactive organic wastes such as bean-curd refuse up to a destination, while preventing putrefaction, transferring the putrefactive organic wastes by simultaneously and easily silaging the putrefactive organic wastes, conserving the putrefactive organic wastes, and making the most of the putrefactive organic wastes as feed for stock raising with a high utility value, while reducing cost for transporting the bean-curd refuse, for instance. <P>SOLUTION: In this method for transferring the putrefactive organic wastes, a container 20 for storing the putrefactive organic wastes is transferred by making the container 20 into a pressure reduction state of ≤0.03 MPa between a place for generating the putrefactive organic wastes (food residue such as bean-curd refuse) and a place for supplying the putrefactive organic wastes. It is desirable that the container 20 storing the food residue is divided into one or a plurality of storage spaces and pressure is reduced to ≤0.03 MPa by separately sealing each storage space. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
