<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To register and display deposit article information correspondingly to a customer card, and to issue a deposit receipt. <P>SOLUTION: An information terminal 12 obtains customer information from a customer information DB 16 when reading a customer code by a card reader 38. When deposit information is absent, the information terminal 12 registers a deposit article and issues the deposit receipt. When the deposit information is present in the customer information DB 16, the information terminal 12 displays the deposit information on a touch panel 36, and transmits it to the customer information DB 16. A POS terminal 13 performs commodity registration and settlement processing, obtains customer information from the customer information DB 16 when reading a customer code by a card reader 72, and displays the deposit article information on display parts 69, 70. A store server 15 stores the customer information of the customer code into the customer information DB 16 from the information terminal 12.
